6. Fees and Payments

• Invoices must be paid according to agreed payment terms.
• Additional work outside the original agreement may be charged separately.
• Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google Ads or Meta is separate unless otherwise agreed.

DigitVibez cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or unchanged performance of third-party platforms.

DigitVibez aims to provide effective marketing strategies but does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, enquiries, sales or revenue unless specifically agreed in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All original materials created by DigitVibez remain the property of DigitVibez until agreed payments have been completed.

Client-owned trademarks, branding materials and content supplied by the client remain the client's property.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the business relationship and not disclose it to unauthorised parties.

11. Data Protection

12. Limitation of Liability

DigitVibez provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party failures, platform changes or incorrect information supplied by clients.

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the agreed terms. Any outstanding payments for completed work remain payable.
